Resources for Personal Worship and Study
Sunday Services:
Service commences each Sunday at
10:30 am. It is a service of prayer from the heart, songs of inspiration and a message for the moment. Children are welcomed in the service.
Holy Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of each month. The Minister or Elders take Communion to shut-in members once a month.
Christian instruction is given each week in the all-age
Children's Church which takes place during the Worship Service (please see
Youth Ministry for more details).
A
Prayer Group meets every Tuesday morning at 6:00 am. They welcome prayer requests from the wider membership and community.
Bible Study takes place at different times of the week. For current meeting schedules please see the

At
Easter and Christmas time special services are held: – Holy Week, Tenebrae, Good Friday, Easter Sunday; and Candle Light, Cantata, Children’s presentation. Dates and times are published a few weeks prior to these services on the
What's Happening? page.
All Island Worship - A few times per year, we join with other United Churches for worship, study and fellowship such as at the Annual Ash Wednesday Prayer Summit at the Prospect Youth Centre and the annual Convocation or Moderator's Communion. We are also invited from time to time to join with other congregations for special services and concerts. See the

Consider This is a one-minute programme airing on
Radio Cayman [89.9 fm] each Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:40 am. It aims to present an alternative, Christian viewpoint on topical issues and everyday life. The United Church also presents
'Worship the Lord' every Sunday morning 7:45 - 8:00 am, also on Radio Cayman.
Online Nurture Sermon and study notes are made available by our Minister and lay preachers on our
'Notes from the Pulpit' page. Sermons from other United Church preachers are available from the
Council Website.
At Home Copies of the devotional magazines
Upper Room is available free of cost. The annual book
Disciplines is also available but should be pre-ordered from the Church office.
